The mission of Medical Advantage Care, LLC is to provide Home and Community Based Waiver services to Waiver and Long Term- Personal Care Service Participants.  The service will be geared to support the Waiver and Long Term-Personal Care Services Participant in performance of their activities of daily living and integration into the community life according to their personal plan.
